Kathi Moore has a background in teaching. Trained as a secondary math teacher, she spent 14 years in the educational system teaching students from grades 7 - 12.  She left teaching in 2001 to join the staff of her church.  This time was incredibly valuable as she immersed herself in learning the word of God and attended Victory Bible Institute.  She currently holds a Master of Arts degree in Theology from Life Christian University.

As she continued to work in various roles at the church, she not only learned the administrative side of ministry but also served as a prayer partner, class facilitator, and small group leader. In 2011, she felt God prompting her to expand the call on her life as a teacher of the Word of God. 

Kathi Moore Ministries was incorporated in July of that year, but it wasn't until returning from a church mission trip to the Dominican Republic in 2016 that the call became clear to teach pastors and church leaders in other countries.

Kathi maintains ministerial licensing through Life Christian University in Tampa, FL.

CONNECTION

We believe that life change occurs through healthy relationships. As we connect with pastors in other nations, we also strive to connect these leaders to one another in local communities to form life-giving relationships. No one is called to do ministry alone, therefore we desire that they encourage, pray for, and serve one another.

UNDERSTAND CULTURE

We seek to understand each pastor and leader in the context of their culture, ministry, and gifting. We propose to not come with our own ideas and solutions, but to learn about the leaders in each region where we serve. The word of God is our framework for building successful ministry strategies that are unique to each people group, language, and culture.
